All translations are provided free of charge, but "as is" without warranties of any kind by Answers 2000 Limited or the respective author.
Activ E-Book Compiler 4.2x and later includes a feature that allows you to translate or modify the text for buttons, menus, dialog boxes etc. (to translate the contents of your actual pages you simply make sure the HTML contains whichever language text).
Claude d'Ampleman MLJ (of www.ampletar.org, www.grand-amorial.net and www.chez.com/ampleman) has created a French translation of the text which you can use with Activ E-Book Compiler 4.22.

Instructions- Download FRANCAIS.ZIP from this link.
- Unpack the ZIP file using WINZIP or similar program. You will get a file called Francais.lng
- Copy Francais.lng to the same folder as where you installed Activ E-Book Compiler. Something like:
C:\Program Files\Activ E-Book Compiler 4.22\
- Start the Compiler. Go to Edit User Interface, and select Francais in the drop down box.
